Gravity Dungeon: progress
about 80%
Coming soon to Google PlayThe game is complete and playable from start to finish: three worlds, three bosses, forty upgrades and three heroes, with all of its art and sound in place. What remains is a last round of phone testing and the steps towards release.
Latest changes
- Touch controls reworked to feel smoother: the hero reaches full speed from a slight push of the thumb and strikes the moment a finger touches the screen (October 2026).
- All of the game's art is in: every world has its own walls, platforms, backgrounds and scenery, and each of the forty upgrades has its icon (October 2026).
- Six screenshots ready for the store page, in French and in English (October 2026).
- First test on a real phone: display and gestures work, the game runs smoothly, and two flaws were found and fixed (October 2026).
- Difficulty rebalanced across the three worlds: the Crystal Mines, twice as hard as the final world, were toned down (October 2026).
- Sound complete: 48 sound effects and 6 music tracks (October 2026).
In progress
- Phone playtests to judge the difficulty, especially of the elite enemies and the bosses.
- Checking the heroes' expressions and a few animations in motion.
- Listening through the music and sound effects to approve them.
Coming next
- Tuning the elite enemies and the bosses based on those playtests.
- Real-world testing of achievements and cloud saves.
- Final version, and the store page submitted to the app store.
- Closed test with a few players, fixes, then release.
